- All hair is made to color match as closely as we can using the photos you provide and the colors we have available. Beehive is not responsible for color discrepancies, so high-quality photos with proper lighting are essential. If you need a color correction, please see the 2 options we have on our website under catalog items, all the instructions are there.
- Our custom hair piece is made to your measurements. We cannot remake due to errors in measuring. If you need it to be larger, see REHAB on our website all the instructions are there.
- Please note that as hair grows, it may alter the size needed for a secure fit.
- Beehive is not responsible for damage to hair due to styling and products used.
- Beehive is not responsible for hair pieces that come out during competition.
- All instructions should be followed to ensure secure installation.
- This product is hand made and will need maintenance regularly.
- Beehive is a custom product; returns are not accepted, please see REHAB or Color Correction for any adjustments. All sales are final.
Refunds will be considered if your hairpiece has not entered production and/or if your athlete will not be continuing with cheer.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for adjustment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your adjusted product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your hairpiece.
